At Les Chateaux, we are proud of our connection to the Duluth community. That’s why we created the “Preferred Employers Program,” a partnership with local employers that helps future residents save money on move-in costs.

  • St. Luke’s Hospital

  • First Responders

Employees of these companies and institutions could be eligible for $500 off move-in costs!
