Highly recommend this pet friendly, spacious Duluth complex. Best front office staff, best maintenance staff, clean and appealing indoors and out. Secure entry and fabulous views of Lake Superior. Indoor heated parking.

I have lived here going on three years. The grounds are well kept and you can't beat the view! My 1 bedroom is quite large and there is a lot of storage space. The staff is very friendly and responsive to my needs. I highly endorse Les Chateaux as a very homey, safe and clean place to live. I loooove that I am able to connect with Lake Superior so easily and am able to have pets!

We love the new fitness room, the beautiful landscapes, our raised bed garden, the pretty patio, the rapid-response maintenance, the monthly parties (that we introverts don't attend but appreciate anyway), our gorgeous overlook on the big lake, and the convenient life we have here.
